ASUS to Release More All-In-One Multimedia Desktops

ASUS has introduced three Intel Core i5 and Core i7-powered All-in-one PC systems at Computex.  The machines use Nvidia GeForce graphics cards and have a Full HD 1080p display with capacitive multitouch interface.

ASUS All-in-one PC ET2700XVTS has a large 27-inch LED display with a 1080p Full HD resolution. The mutitouch capacitive interface lets users control the PC with their fingers and the device can interpret up to ten gestures simultaneously.

The configuration is based on the Sandy Bridge platform and second-generation Intel Core processors, namely the 2.8 GHz Core i7 2600S processor equipped with quad-core HyperThreading technology and 8 MB L3cache memory. The 560 M Nvidia GeForce graphics card brings 1.5 GDDR5 video memory. The version presented at Computex has a 1333 MHz 8GB DDR3 RAM, a 1 TB hard disk with SATA II interface, Blu-Ray Combo optics unit  and it can generate 7200 RPM.

ASUS All-in-one PC ET2410INTS uses an energy efficient quad core Intel Core i5 2400S processor set at 2.5Ghz or 3.3GHz in turbo mode, incorporating a L3 6 MB cache memory. The 540 M NVIDIA GeForce graphics card has 1 GB GDDR5 video memory. Other features include 4GB RAM memory, 1333 MHz DDR3, and 1 TB SATA II hard disk able to generate 7200 RPM, USB 3.0 connectivity and Blu-Ray Combo optics unit. The multi-touch screen has the same specs except for the smaller 23.6-inch diagonal.

ASUS All-in-one PC ET2210INTS is the most accessible device of them with a 21.5-inch LED display and a Full HD 1080p resolution. The multitouch capacitive interface is available and the computer is powered by an Intel Core i5 2400S processor. The entry-level NVIDIA GeForce 520 M graphics card has a 1 GB GDDR5 video memory. Users can install up to 8GB RAM DDR3 memory at 1333 MHz and a 7200 RPM 1 TB SATA II hard disk can be used for data storing. Other features include Blu-Ray Combo optics unit, HDMI In/Out connectivity which is useful when attaching a secondary monitor or media player
